Overview

The SparrowDesk REST API allows you to programmatically access and manage your customer service data, enabling you to:

• Handle Conversations: Create conversations, retrieve conversation details, add replies, and manage conversation lifecycle
• Bulk Operations: Perform bulk operations on contacts and track job status
